How to shop?

Purchasing from is easy:

If you know what you are looking for, find your desired bags by collection categories: Chameo W, Chameo Classic and Chameo Heritage links. Once you have found an item, use the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button underneath.

Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the ‘REMOVE FROM BASKET’ link to delete items from your shopping bag.

Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

Do I need an account to order?

You can order as “guest” but we recommend you to register an account so you can enjoy the following benefits through your Chameo Couture account:

  • Track your orders and manage your order history
  • Save your address and credit card details for faster shopping
  • Request your return or exchange directly from your account – no need to contact customer care
  • Gain access to your Wish List and Recommendations

To create an account, simply select SIGN IN on the navigation bar and then REGISTER NOW to fill in your details.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

Click “Lost your Password?” link at the Sign In Page and follow the instructions.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

When you are about to checkout, you can fill in the code number. Each transaction can only use one code. Please note the terms and conditions listed in the discount code.

How do I use my Chameo Couture Promo Voucher / Gift Voucher?

  1. When you’re doing SUBMIT ORDER, insert voucher code at the column COUPON CODE (case sensitive)
  2. Make sure that you write it correctly. When it’s done, then click REDEEM COUPON.
  3. The nominal of your payment will be reduced according to the value of the voucher automatically.


Please make sure the term of condition about the voucher and the validation of the voucher.

I would like to order Sold Out items. Is it possible?

If you want to try to request it, you can go to “MY WISHLIST” section and tell us what you want to have. We might be restocking the product, or perhaps the items are available in our resellers.

What payment methods does accept?

We accept Bank Transfer also Visa, MasterCard. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Chameo Couture. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

How do i change currency?

You are currently viewing the INTERNATIONAL version of our website, serving the UK, Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Oceania. If you are shipping to Europe, your order will be charged in Euros. For all other destinations you will be billed in British Pounds.
If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling or Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction

How soon can I get my order?

After you order, transfer, and confirm your payment, we will process the order the NEXT DAY / in 24 hours.
Note that process is only checking the payment, preparing and delivering the goods to the shipping company.

After that, the shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-3 days for domestic and for international deliveries the arrival of your orders may varies depending on your delivery area

Where is my order?

You will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘Shop’ followed by ‘Order Tracking’.

I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?

We deeply apologize for the situation occured.
If you wish to return or exchange this product, you may return it to us within 7 days from receiving your order. We kindly ask that you ensure that the item remains unused and is in their original packaging with any labels attached. Please note that for any returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
